Shift Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (days) with on-call coverage
• Coverage Needed: 4 full-time shifts per month

Work Details:

• Patients Per Day: 30-40
• Team: 2 MDs and 2 APPs with pagers
• EMR System: Epic
• Hospital Bed Size: 590
• Special Procedures: Benign hematology preferred
• Skills Required: Medical Oncology and Infusion Coverage

Practice Setting:

• Hospital
• Infusion Center
• Outpatient

Requirements:

• Acute Leukemia Experience
• Board Certification
• License: MH license required; IMLC accepted
• DEA Registration
• Certifications: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
