  • Practice Setting: Inpatient Oncology Unit
  • Dates of Coverage: ASAP-6 months with opportunity to extend
  • Shift(s) Description: Mon-Fri Consult Coverage 8:00AM-4:30PM with rotating weekends
  • Call Schedule: overnight telephonic call (rotating)
  • Call Ratio: approx 1:8
  • Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
  • What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %?: Hem--60%, Onc--40% & IM--0%
  • Number of Physicians in Practice: 7
  • Will There be Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? yes
  • How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 1 dedicated for inpt coverage: 11 total---some round on the weekends
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding) :variable-----approx 5-20
