Job Details:
- Contract Length: Ongoing.
- Schedule: 3 clinic days (M-F) 8:00-4:30 some weekends and night call (infrequent)
- Setting & Call schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Clinical hours & calls
- Shift Details: M-F 8a-4:30p - 5 days a week
- Patient Population/Age: 18 and above. 80% Hem 20% Onc *no internal Med
- Skills Required: Oncology AND Hematology preferred. Will consider Board Eligible. CAN accept providers boarded in Oncology OR Hematology. .
- Support Staff: 10 physicians in practice, 8 APPs
- Board Certification: Required
- License Required: CT State license required
- DEA: required.
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level: 1
- Certification: ACLS and BLS
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
- Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 130 days from offer accepted.
- Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic
- Pay Rate: $500/hr & 24hr call $4,000 with 4 hours Gratis
