· Required: CLL, lymphoma, acute leukemias, MDS, and benign hematology

· Patients per day: 10-15

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· Active WA License or IMLC

· BC / BE

· BLS

· DEA

COMPENSATION:
