**Shift Details:** Scheduled and on-call, Monday – Friday (days); on-call preferred but not mandatory
**Work Details:**
- **Coverage Needed:** 4 months, full-time; focus on inpatient rounding
- **Patients per Day:** 30-40
- **Team:** 2 MDs and 2 APPs with pagers
- **EMR:** Epic
- **Hospital Bed Size:** 590
- **Special Procedures:** Benign hematology preferred
- **Required Skills:** Medical oncology and infusion coverage
**Practice Setting:**

**Requirements:**
- **Acute Leukemia Experience:** Required
- **Board Certification:** Required
- **License:** MH license or IMLC accepted; willing to wait for IMLC or qualify for temporary MN license
- **DEA:** Required
- **Certifications:** BLS
**Credentialing Timeframe:** 60-90 days
