Details/Description:

• As soon as credentialing is complete and ongoing.
• Full-time, Outpatient 80%, Hospital 20%.
• 40% Oncology, 60% Hematology.
• Board Certified preferred but will accept Board Eligible.
• Outpatient Monday-Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 12noon with hospital consults starting 12noon to 4:30pm.
• Approx 25 patients per day.
• Need BLS.
• Support: 3 Hematologists/Oncologists, MA, Nurse Navigator.
• Meditech, Onco 260.
• Privs take roughly 30 days.
• Active Louisiana license or active IMLC.
