Job Posting: Hematology/Oncology Physician
Specialty: Hematology/Oncology (Hem/Onc) MD
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Shift Details:
- Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Details:
- Focus: Outpatient clinic
- Support Staff:
- Another physician (3-4 days per week)
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers (1 experienced, 1 newer to Oncology)
- Patients Per Day: 14-16 on average
- Patient Population: Primarily ages 40-70, no patients under 18 years old
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech
Practice Setting:
- Type: Outpatient Clinic
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Yes
- State License: IMLC or KY
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience
- DEA: Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks for temporary privileges
