Job Posting: Hematology/Oncology Physician

Specialty: Hematology/Oncology (Hem/Onc) MD

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3 months

Shift Details:

• Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday - Friday

Work Details:

• Focus: Outpatient clinic
• Support Staff:
  • Another physician (3-4 days per week)
  • 2 Advanced Practice Providers (1 experienced, 1 newer to Oncology)
• Patients Per Day: 14-16 on average
• Patient Population: Primarily ages 40-70, no patients under 18 years old
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech

Practice Setting:

• Type: Outpatient Clinic

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Yes
• State License: IMLC or KY
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience
• DEA: Required

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks for temporary privileges
