  • Practice Setting:Hospital-based cancer center. Outpatient services. Onsite lab, diagnostics, and pharmacy.
  • Reason for Coverage: New program growth
  • Dates of Coverage: Oct 7, 2024 for ~10 months
  • Call Ratio: 1:5
  • Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
  • Percentage of Practice: Assume 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology
  • Number of Physicians in Practice: 7 across 2 locations
  • APPs Provide Coverage: ~10
  • Average Number of Outpatient Per Day: 10-15
  • Average Number of Hospital Patients Per Day: 15
  • Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient
  • Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Trauma
  • Documentation System/EMR: Epic
