Pay Rate: $480/hr
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Board Certified
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
- License Required: AZ State License or IMLC
- Certification: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS and BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
