Hematology/Oncology Opportunity - Mattoon, IL
Cancer Center is on the hospital campus. Join two full time physicians and one APP who covers the inpatient consults. Radiation Oncologist also in clinic. Consistent and caring staff with lots of tenure.
Highlights include:
A not-for-profit regional hospital serving a ten county region. Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is a 165-bed facility located between the communities of Mattoon (population 17,000) and Charleston (population 17,000). With more than 200 medical staff and more than 3,000 employees we’re growing rapidly and adding specialties. Physician and employee satisfaction surveys are consistently in the top decile nationally in job satisfaction and engagement. We have a special culture that is tangible and is at the heart of all that we do.
ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY

- $625,000 flat salary
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- 1:3 call – phone call only
