* Dates: ASAP - ongoing
* Rate: Tell us your rates!
* Level 2 Trauma Facility
* 30% Hem/70% Onc
* Monday - Friday
* Outpatient then hospital call
* 5% call back
* Hematology ad solid tumor
* Patients/shift: 15 - 20
* 2 new consults/day
* EMR: Epic
* Allowed holiday* s: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day
**Requirements**
* WA License (no IMLC)
* Board Certification
