- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, and trauma level 3, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours plus beeper call if needed. There is 16 infusion chairs. No beds. This is a 99% OP practice. There is a call for patients ( not usually any ED call). Some admits are required but Hospitalist serve as attending. The facility needs 20 shifts covered each month between June 1 and Oct 1 and may be beyond. Their preferred schedule is 4-5 days per week each week 8a-4:30p. There is an average of 18 patients per shift.
