Oncology Locum position in Pueblo, CO where Scheduled Clinic Hours and provide oversight to the infusion clinic coverage paying $400 hourly is needed. Here are some of the details:

Schedule-

• Monday-Thursday 8a-5p
• 8 hour shifts

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: ***Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit!***

• Clean Malpractice Background: PREFERRED

• Certifications: BLS: REQUIRED

• Board Certified Medical Oncology or Truly BE (0-5 years of residency completion): REQUIRED
• Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ at time of submission): - REQUIRED
• Active BLS - REQUIRED
• Active DEA (for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.): REQUIRED
• Must state # of shifts per month provider can present to the site - REQUIRED
• Must state if provider can cover full weeks (Mon-Thurs) - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/background (must provide Malpractice/background explanation): HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must include copies of IMLC, BLS, DEA at time of name clear: REQUIRED

Practice Description:

• Setting: Clinic Trauma Level III
• Admissions, 8-10 per day
• FTE: 0.8
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: Some rare biopsies and bone morrow
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: RN, MA
• Coverage for 6 month physician leave
