Hematology Oncology Locums position in Ada, OK where Outpatient coverage and possible, minimal call may be needed. Here are some of the details:

Schedule- We need 20 shifts covered each month between June 1 and Oct 1 and may be beyond. Our preferred schedule is 4-5 days per week each week 8a-4:30p.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: ***Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit***

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hem/Onc: REQUIRED
• Active OK license or IMLC: REQUIRED
• State shifts provider can cover : REQUIRED

Practice Description:

• About 18 patients per shift
• 16 infusion chairs. No beds. This is a 99% OP practice .
• There is call for own patients ( not usually any ED call)
• OP
• Some admits required but Hospitalist serve as attending
• Primary stroke certified
• Yes hospital privileges
• Level 3 Trauma
• Yes 1 experienced NP Supv
• Call is from home
• Only 1 med Onc on call.
• Call % is 1% rare to receive a call
• EMR: Epic
