- Coverage Dates:
- Nov 4 -am of the 11th Nov 23rd – am of Dec 2nd Dec 21st – am of Jan 2nd Jan 24th - am of Feb 10th Feb 24th - am of March 10th March 24th - am of April 7th April 7th - onward
- Hours 8a-5p Mon-Fri
- There will be some call during the weekdays/ to be shared by the employed provider(s)
- Call consists of questions from RN about: patients who call in with questions, patients who are getting Chemo that day, consults from the ED (these are very minimal)
- Patients: 17
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants (1), several RNs
- Pharm - will do educational starts for Chemo
- Housed under the same roof as radiation oncology
- Phone Consults: 2
- Call Ratio: 1:2
- Admissions: 1
- 20 Minute call response time required
- Assigned/Unassigned Patients
- Clinic patients per shift: 17 max
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Fellowship Preferred
- BLS Required
- Trauma Level IV
- EMR: Mosiaq
