• Scheduled clinic hours + call
• Mon - Fri
• 8a - 5p
• Some call during the weekdays (shared with other providers)

Clinical Details

• Outpatient setting
• Stroke certified facility
• Patients per shift: 17 max
• Rounding patients: assigned and unassigned
• Trauma level 4
• Pharm - will do educational starts for chemo
• Housed under the same roof as radiation oncology

Requirements

• Board Certified/ Eligible
• Fellowship - preferred
• BLS

Call

• Beeper
• Call response time required: 20mins
• Call ratio: 1/2
• Phone consults: 2
• Patients seen: 1
• Admissions: 1
• Call consists of questions from RN about: patients who call in with questions, patients who are getting chemo that day, consults from the ED (very minimal)

• 1 MA
• Several RNs
