Site would like to add another provider to their pool to cover the below dates.

Nov 4 -am of the 11th
Nov 23rd – am of Dec 2nd
Dec 21st – am of Jan 2nd
Jan 24th - am of Feb 10th
Feb 24th - am of March 10th
March 24th - am of April 7th
April 7th - onward

Hours 8a-5p

M-F

There will be some call during the weekdays/ to be shared by the employed provider(s).

Call consists of questions from RN about: patients who call in with questions, patients who are getting Chemo that day, consults from the ED (these are very minimal)

Board Certified/Board Eligible

Patients : 17

Support Staff: Medical Assistants (1), several RNs

Pharm - will do educational starts for Chemo

Housed under the same roof as radiation oncology
