A forward-thinking, financially sound healthcare system in central Illinois is adding another Medical Oncologist/Hematologist. You will walk into an established patient base and in-house referrals offering an exciting practice opportunity from day one!


Opportunity Details:

  • Join 2 Med/Onc and 1 NP
  • Nurse Practitioner covers inpatient consults
  • Work out of one location
  • Radiation Oncology on-site
  • Primarily outpatient - Phone call only 1:3
  • Large built-in referral base and over 200 providers on staff

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $625,000 salary
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus
  • $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
  • 33 days PTO
  • CME - 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
