  • Coverage Dates:
    • 9/16/24 9/17/24 9/18/24 9/19/24 9/20/24 9/21/24 9/22/24 9/27/24 12/11/24 12/12/24
  • Monday to Friday 7A - 5P one week per month
  • 24 hr. on-call coverage for 1 to 2 weekends per month
  • 2 Fulltime Physicians and 2 Fulltime APP that staff the clinic
  • Duties: Primarily Hematology patients
  • Procedures: Consults, follow-ups - possible bone marrow
  • Call Type: beeper with some consultation
  • Home to the latest in cancer technology and treatments, including daVinci® robotic assisted surgery, Elekta Versa HD, the most advanced linear accelerator in the region offering IMRT stereotactic radiation treatment and 3D radiotherapy, PET/CT scans, prostate cancer treatment with SpaceOAR Hydrogel and the region’s only automated breast ultrasound (ABUS)
  • New Patient Consults Per Day: Average 2
  • On call for clinic, Inpatient and ER Hem Onc patients
  • We do not do Bone Marrow Transplants
  • Types of Patients: Oncology, Hematology and Malignant Hem
  • Facility will accept multiple providers
  • Hospital Stroke Certified
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • ACLS, ATLS, BLS Required
  • EMR: Epic
