Monday to Friday 7A - 5P one week per month, 24 hr on-call coverage for 1 to 2 weekends per month. Please state what dates the provider is available.

2 Fulltime Physicians and 2 Fulltime APP that staff the clinic.
Duties: Primarily Hematology patients
Procedures: Consults, follow-ups - possible bone marrow
Call Type: beeper with some consultation.
Hospital and/ Clinic: Clinic (Hospital on-call weekend only)
Hospital is home to the latest in cancer technology and treatments, including daVinci® robotic assisted surgery, Elekta Versa HD, the most advanced linear accelerator in the region offering IMRT stereotactic radiation treatment and 3D radiotherapy, PET/CT scans, prostate cancer treatment with SpaceOAR Hydrogel and the region’s only automated breast ultrasound (ABUS).
of new patient consults per day/per week – Average 2 per day
• How is time split between new consults and follow ups (30 min?45 min? – EP 15 minutes, NP45 minutes
• If on call for the hospital; is the locum required to be on call for just the clinic patients or is he responsible for the ER calls. % of Hem Vs. Onc? On call for clinic, Inpatient and ER Hem Onc patients.
• Do you require BMT or BMB to be performed by the locum? We do not do Bone Marrow Transplants.
• What types of patients would the locum be required to see? Any Acute Leukemia? Or Malignant Hem? Acute Leukemia are transferred out. Oncology, Hematology and Malignant Hem.
