Description:
Hematology Oncology Full-Time Locums position in Berwyn, IL where In/Outpatient coverage at 3 sister facilities and call is needed. Here are some of the details:
Schedule- ***Must be available full time - no weekends***
- Monday-Friday: 9am – 4pm. Clinic
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:***Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit!***
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
- Active IL license - Required at time of name clear submission- REQUIRED
- Availability - Please provide at time of name clear - must be available FT- REQUIRED
- Local Candidate - Highly Preferred
Position Details:
- 30% Hematology
- 70% Oncology
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician
- Hem/Onc only practice
- Adults only
- No APP's in practice
- Documentation System/EMR: epic
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20
- Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2
- Outpatient Coverage: 9am – 4pm. Clinic. Must be available full time - no weekends
