- Work Dates Needed: Three month contract once credentialed
- Preferred Schedule: Full time hours
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Hem Vs Onc patients: 50/50
- Clinic 8-12 patients, Inpatient 4 onc (follow up + new), 8 Hematology (follow up and new)
- New consults per day: 1-5
- Teaching fellows
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NY License, Board Certified
- Pay Rate Preferred: $270 hr.
