Medical Oncologist/Hematology

Full-time employment model opportunity

Base Pay $TBD
With productivity bonus current
Sign-On Bonus/Student Loan Assistance $ Negotiable
Work RVU Conversion Rate $
Bonus Compensation for RVU's in excess of agreed threshold

Vacation Time 4 weeks
CME Hours (after first year of employment) 40 hours of CME time off per year
CME & Dues Allowance (after first year of employment) $4,000 per contract year

Other - Hospital pays malpractice, licensure, DEA, CSR, etc.
Hospital pays for nursing/reception staff salaries & benefits, and manages staffing issues for the physician so that you can focus on seeing patients.

Job Description:
" Must be BC/BE Medical Oncologist/Hematologist or scheduled to sit for Boards
" M- F 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
" No call - available by phone for consults
" Consult approximately 20 inpatients per year
" Average 15-20 Medical oncology patients a day/300 analytic cases per year
" Patient population is mostly lung, rectal, and breast patients. We treat most cancers and refer out as necessary.
" FT- NP, Excellent, experienced staff including onsite pharmacist.
" Cancer Treatment Center is a five-star member of the American Cancer Society, Hospital received in 2015 accreditation with commendation-including the Gold Status achievement award, awarded to only about 15 percent of cancer centers across the nation. We are very proud of our Outstanding Achievement Award. Provides additional information and support to cancer patients and their families.
