Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hematologist/Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions, such as leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, solid tumors, and benign hematologic disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including medical history review, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines and patient preferences.
- Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Participate in clinical research, including patient enrollment and data analysis.
- Mentor residents, fellows, and medical students, contributing to educational initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with institutional policies, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
- Stay current with advancements in the field through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
- Current medical license to practice in MD.
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine, followed by fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
- Proven clinical expertise in hematology and oncology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to evidence-based care, research, and continuous professional growth.
