DESCRIPTION:

· Start: ASAP and provide ongoing coverage for 20 SPM

· Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

· Call Schedule: 2 weeks/month and call is 1 week at a time and shared with others.

· Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies and intrathecal chemo

· Equipment: Intellidose TxM

· EMR: Cerner

REQUIRED:

· Active WI License or IMLC

· Board Eligible or Certified

· BLS, DEA

· Covid Vaccine

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
