- Located in Findlay, OH - 45 minutes to Toledo, OH_x000D_

- Opening due to 1,200+ new patients per year. _x000D_
- Clinic 4 days/week, 1 administrative day/week (remote), 1:4 inpatient call _x000D_
- 50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate_x000D_
- Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs _x000D_
- Chemo certified RN's for inpatient chemotherapy administration _x000D_
- Onsite Services_x000D_
- Radiation Oncology _x000D_
- Infusion Therapy _x000D_
- Lab and Pharmacy (board certified oncology pharmacist onsite) _x000D_
