$550k - $900k+ Oncology position available at a tertiary care facility in beautiful Destin, Florida. The facility is looking to expand its team of 2 providers. Exceeding 6,317 wRVUs allows for an automatic renegotiation to $600k+ BASE salary. Bonus wRVU paid out after target is reached.

The facility is part of a well-respected hospital system. It uses the Varian electronic EMR system, which houses all chemotherapy regimens. On average, about 35 new patients are seen per month, with an even 50/50 split between Hematology and Oncology. The facility features a chemotherapy suite staffed with chemotherapy-certified nurses.

Employer will pay signing bonus of $75,000 for a 5 year commitment paid in full upon start date. Relocation Bonus of $15,000k.
