Seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join hospital in Northern Indiana._x000D_

- Caring and attentive team of support services_x000D_
- Radiation therapy on campus_x000D_
- Support of 2 NPs in clinic; Average 15 patients/day_x000D_
- Full diagnostic capabilities on campus, including PET CT_x000D_
- Professional affiliation with a tertiary referral center less than an hour away_x000D_
- Consultative call only; hospitalists routinely admit and cover patients at night_x000D_
- Practice autonomy in a collegial work environment_x000D_
- 9-chair on-site Ambulatory Infusion Center attached to clinic. Administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, supportive medications including antibiotics, iron, IVIG and blood/blood products_x000D_
