Professional Opportunity Highlights:
- $775,000+ annual income with a 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts)
- Average of 16 patients per day (New patients: 1 hour, follow-ups: 30 minutes)
- 18 infusion chairs, certified oncology nurses, and an extensive drug formulary
- Participate in weekly tumor boards with top oncology surgeons and pathologists
- Inpatient chemotherapy managed by hospitalists with oncologist consults
- Access to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for 24/7 consults
- Bonus structure based on encounters—earn up to $20,000 per quarter
- $50,000 student loan repayment (tax-free) over 2 years, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $20,000 relocation assistance, paid within 30 days of signing
- 46 days of PTO (26 vacation, 8 CME with $6K stipend, 12 holidays)
- Occurrence malpractice coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act
- Work in a 176-bed Level 2 trauma center with a Joint Commission accreditation
- Serve an entire state, including Native populations—J1, H1, and IHS obligations met
