Job Summary:
BC/BE hematology / medical oncology physician being recruited for Parkland Medical Center in Derry, New Hampshire. Incoming physician will join the staff of our Oncology & Hematology Center in Derry, NH. Parkland is part of HCA, one of the largest providers of healthcare services.As a member of the HCA Healthcare you will have access to the expertise of many hematology/oncology colleagues.
About the position
- Be part of a supportive and energetic multi-disciplinary team
- Outpatient evaluation and management of oncologic and hematologic diagnosis including solid tumor and malignant hematologic diseases.
- Supervision of the infusion suite.
- Inpatient consultation of oncology/hematology admissions.
- Participate in on-site Tumor Board and community education outreach.
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians including surgical oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, nurses and pharmacists.
- Must be specialty board eligible or board certified
- New Hampshire licensure or ability to obtain
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
