The Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) seeks a hematologist/oncologist to join our growing team of providers. As a Level II Trauma center, ANMC represents over 30 medical specialties and serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people across the entire state. Our unique patient population, breathtaking geography and cohesive team make this a one-of-a-kind practice opportunity!

As a Hematologist Oncologist, you will work in clinic managing outpatients. Time is blocked on outpatient clinic schedule to manage inpatients. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday with our physicians working four 10-hour shifts per week, seeing 8-12 patients per day. No formal call schedule, however, primary oncologist must be available for questions after hours.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; four 10-hour shifts per week; No formal call schedule, however, Primary Oncologists must be available for questions after hours. Combination of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults and procedures.

Qualifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology; collaborative team player with strong communication and relationship building skills; driven to deliver excellent care; culturally sensitive.
