This Hematologist/Oncologist role:
- Schedule: M-F 8-5
- Daily Patient Load: 13 infusion chairs in two separate rooms. 5 private rooms for long term infusions. Non-infectious OP infusions and blood transfusions. 15-20/day. This is in addition to consults and f/u pts. 20-30 consults/mo. 15-25 f/u pts/day. Call is divided among 5 Med Oncs.
- Team Size: 1 employed Hem/Onc and 2 NPs, 4 patient navigators, dedicated Social Worker & Dietician. Nursing staff is trained by Oncology Nursing Society cancer Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy. They are all cross trained to care for Radiation pts. 5 Cancer Conferences/month (2-breast, 2-lung, and 1 general)

Community of 120,000 people is nestled in NW Ohio surrounded by beautiful parks and lakes. We have two very large lakes within 45 minutes, two world known amusement parks within 2 hours (Kings Island and Cedar Point). Lima is located in northwest central Ohio, on Interstate 75, 10 miles south of junction U.S. Route 30.
