Practice Setting

• Outpatient-only setting
• Full-service cancer care, including 7 infusion chairs and onsite chemotherapy mixing

Schedule

• Three days required per week (Wednesday through Friday)
  • 8 AM to 5 PM, with a midday lunch break
  • No call requirements for this position

Procedures and Cases

• Manage a mix of oncology cases, including current patients and new referrals
• Access to a full lab and support for infusion services at the cancer center
• Average 12-16 patients per day, with flexibility based on provider preference

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (within five years)
• Active Washington license or Interstate Medical License
• DEA certification required

Credentialing and Travel

• Temporary privileges available for quick onboarding with an active license
• Travel accommodations provided for out-of-area physicians
