**Job Description:**
- Full-time, permanent opening
- Established & Reputable team consisting of (2) Physicians, (2) APPs, (6) Clinical RNs, and (3) CMAs
- Large patient base that is continuing to grow. The hired physician will have a patient base immediately.
- Schedule: M-F 8-5pm with flexibility with scheduling
- Types of cancer most often treated: breast, lung, colon, prostate, head and neck.
- An efficient, friendly clinic setting, located in the same building as the Cancer Center in Moline
- Call: 3 hospital locations: Moline, IL; Rock Island, IL; and Bettendorf, IA. Moline is mostly an outpatient hospital, so inpatients will be seen at Rock Island hospital, which is about a 12-minute drive. Occasional outreach to Bettendorf, but this is far less frequent. Weekend call is mostly by phone. After-hours call is by phone and it is extremely rare to be called. Generally, call is easy and light.
- On average there are ~5-6 inpatients for rounding at a given time
- Collaboration with other Services - Primary Clinic Providers, Surgeons, Pulmonologists, Palliative/Hospice Care, Radiology and Pathology
- General Surgeons onsite

- Cancer Conference/Tumor Board meets weekly
- Well-established Breast Health Center, which is NAPBC accredited
- 2 APPs on staff
- Staff: extremely dedicated and experienced staff - very helpful with documentation and helping to efficiently run the practice.
- Expansion project scheduled to finish in 2025. This will expand the number of exam rooms, infusion chairs, and will increase practice efficiency for providers and staff. There will also be a beautiful outdoor area with a pond.
- Large Hospitalist team supports Hematologists/Oncologists.
- Supported by 3 Board-Certified radiation oncologists
- Radiation Oncology services include: IMRT, IGRT, VMAT & SBRT (our linear accelerator program is a very established)
- Infusion Center, Pharmacy, and lab onsite
- EMR - EPIC Inpatient & Ambulatory
- Prostate seed, genetic testing, breast and lung programs
- Community Outreach to include prevention and detection services

**Qualifications:**
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in both Hematology and Oncology
- Completed Fellowship program in Hematology/Oncology
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
- Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in the state(s) in which Physician provides services
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
