**Hematology/Oncology opening: La Grande, Oregon**
- J1/H1 Eligible
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Hospital employed
- Join team of 1 Oncologist and 1 Oncology NP _ experienced Infusion Center nursing staff in Clinic
- Approximately 200 clinic visits per month between two providers
- 4 days a week, 8 hours a day at Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm.
- 1 day a week, 8-hour day at 2nd Hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE, approx. 6-8 patients a week, and mileage is reimbursed).
- 0.8 FTE Nurse practitioner to support the provider
- Hem/Onc providers are within the clinic space to support Infusion staff as well. The Infusion Clinic supports approximately 475-525 infusions per month.

- Hospital has signed 40 providers in the past 3 years and had tremendous recruitment success.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (600k+) which includes:
- Quality incentives up to $50,000
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold

**Oregon Tax Credit:**
The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of 5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated 9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. [The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.]
