Medical group seeks to recruit a full-time Hematologist Oncologist Medical Director for our outstanding and well-established Cancer Care program. Our multi-site practice has two beautiful locations, both located on hospital campuses. The cancer program includes not only hematology oncology but also radiation oncology, a full suite of surgical services, full radiologic services, and complimentary services as well._x000D_

The Medical Director will lead a team of five physicians and four advanced practitioners. The practice enjoys access to a tumor boards program, grand rounds, and treats a wide range of cancers including ample access to high quality surgical services; from breast to thoracic to hepatobiliary/pancreatic care._x000D_

Opportunity Details:_x000D_
- Medical Director works out of two hospital campuses- Troy & Albany (approx. 15 mins apart)_x000D_
- Responsible for supervision of 6 physicians and 6 advanced practitioners_x000D_
- We have a team of 4 Radiation Oncologists (not responsible for their supervision, they have their own chief)_x000D_
- This is a clinical lead role- approx. 5-10% administrative time_x000D_
- Week call is 1:7 weeks, medical director is participating in the call rotation_x000D_
- Albany 50-80 clinic patients. Average infusion 30-38_x000D_
- Troy Average 40 clinic patients_x000D_
- Comp- 550-609k_x000D_
- Starting bonus available _x000D_
- Relocation 20k_x000D_
- Retention bonus- 50k (year 2 and year 3)_x000D_
- CME- $4,500 annually_x000D_
