Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gynecologist to join a dynamic team near Berlin, Maryland, serving our Eastern Shore community. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with office-based call coverage and a weekly Monday-Friday schedule.
Position Highlights:
- Compensation Range: $260,000 - $310,000
- Productivity Compensation: Based on wRVU (MGMA standards)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; Office Call Only: 1:17
- CME Allowance: Provided for continued professional development
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive gynecological care to patients in a clinical outpatient setting
- Perform diagnostic tests, examinations, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists across the community
- Participate in continuing education and professional development

Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gynecology
- Maryland State Medical License (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong commitment to patient care and collaborative teamwork
- Excellent communication skills and clinical expertise in gynecology
