Our Team seeks a skilled and patient-focused gynecologist to join our innovative, outpatient-focused practice in the Midwest. With a flexible 3- or 4-day workweek, dedicated OR block time, and advanced surgical technology, this role offers an unparalleled work-life balance while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

• $400,000 guaranteed first-year base salary, plus a structured bonus plan

• Manageable patient volume: 10-12 patients per day during ramp-up
• Call taken from home with a relaxed 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule

Position Details:

• Specialty: Outpatient Gynecology
• Schedule: Flexible 3- or 4-day work week | Surgery day: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Call: Home-based | 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
• Team: Join a collaborative group of 2 gynecologists, 2 PAs, two surgical techs, two nurses, and two ultrasound techs
• Technology: Robotic surgery available at both hospitals | eClinicalWorks EMR
