About the Opportunity
We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent:
- Base Salary: $600,000 with an additional RVU production bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: A generous $75,000 sign-on bonus with a three-year forgiveness plan.
- Quality Bonus: $50,000 annually for quality performance.
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 reimbursement for moving expenses with receipts.

About the Practice
NEW Cancer Center, you will join a robust and multidisciplinary environment dedicated to comprehensive cancer care. Our practice includes:
- Advanced Technology: state-of-the-art technology to support comprehensive cancer care. Including DaVinci Robot, 3D mammography, and PET/CT scanning capabilities. We also have two CT scanners, two mammography units, three ultrasound machines, a DEXA scanner, and three LINAC (Linear Accelerators) for advanced radiation therapy.
- Collaborative Team: Work alongside specialists including radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, genetic counselors, and support staff to provide holistic care.
- Clinical Trials and Research: As a National Cancer Institute member and affiliate of MD Anderson, we have access to over 300 innovative clinical trials, encouraging participation in research and continuing medical education.
- Professional Development: Opportunities for involvement in clinical trials and academic appointments, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
