- Location: Central Wisconsin
- Clinic and scheduled procedures only
- Coverage:
- Physician:
- One week on / one week off
- Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
- Support: 1 RN, 1 APP, 1 MA
- Physician:
- Call: N/A
- EMR System: Epic
- Certification: BE/BC ABIM
- Fellowship: Gastroenterology
- License: Active Wisconsin upon presentation
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers
