Locums Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology - Albuquerque, NM Coverage Need

  • Start Date: 3/3/2025
  • End Date: Ongoing Two weeks per month Mon. through Friday Call rotation (one week / per month) Weekdays and Weekends
  • Length of Need: Through December 2025
Position Details Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Practice Settings: Outpatient Admissions Required: Yes Patients Per Day: - GI Lab Days: 18-20 procedures/day (3 days per week) - Clinic Days: 18-20 visits/day Call Rotation: One week per month (weekdays and weekends) Facility Stroke Certified: Yes Call Type: Beeper Submissions Requirements Board Certified; Will accept board eligible with sit date for boards scheduled within 12-18 months of being confirmed for this assignment. Clean history required ACLS, BLS Skill Requirements Specialty Skills: Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology - Upper GI Endoscopy - Lower GI Endoscopy - Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyps - ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic) - Liver biopsy - Esophageal dilatation/manometry - Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
