Locums Gastroenterology - Belleville, IL Coverage Need

  • Assignment Dates: As soon as credentialed, 2 weeks per month
  • Schedule: 24-hour on-call daily, including 8 hours of patient contact
  • Orientation: 4 hours paid
Rate Negotiable, Submit Best Position Details Specialty: Gastroenterology Provider Type: Physician Practice Setting: Inpatient Call Type: 24-hour on-call EMR System: Epic/Provation for GI procedure documentation Onsite Lab and X-ray available Submissions Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible (Must have a set date for testing if not BC) Licensed in IL (No exceptions) ACLS & BLS Required COVID-19 Vaccination Required DEA Required (Verbal confirmation at name clear) Skill Requirements Esophageal Dilatation Small Bowel Biopsy Lower GI Endoscopy (Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy) Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube Upper GI Endoscopy: - With Biopsy - With Foreign Body Removal - With Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery) - With Banding of Varices - With ERCP (Diagnostic & Therapeutic) - With PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
