Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Gastroenterologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology and possess strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of digestive disorders. This role involves performing endoscopic procedures, managing patient care, and working collaboratively with a team of medical professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the gastrointestinal tract, including GERD, IBS, IBD, liver diseases, and more.
  • Perform upper and lower endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and EGDs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure consultations to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare providers to coordinate patient treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Stay current with advancements in gastroenterology and participate in continuing medical education.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
  • Valid state medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in performing endoscopic procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
