Gastroenterology opening in Rockford, IL Located in Rockford, IL - Chicago 85m Full-time, permanent position Employed opportunity H1b Visa Sponsorship Position Details: Join an award-winning top 100 hospital and multi-regional health system providing care across Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois Group operates seven hospitals, over 800 employed physicians, and more than 80 outpatient clinics Comprehensive service offerings, including neurosurgery, heart and vascular care, cancer care, and more Facility & Practice: Located in Rockford, IL (Northwest Region of Illinois) Javon Bea Hospital with two campuses: - Level I adult trauma hospital - Level III NICU New state-of-the-art $505 million facility, opened in 2019 Well-established, busy gastroenterology practice with two Advanced/Interventional GI Hospitalists and a full support team including APs, nurses, and endoscopy technicians Schedule & Volume: Flexible schedule: 3 days in clinic / 2 days in lab or 2 days in clinic / 3 days in lab 18-25 patients per day on average 12-15 endoscopy procedures per day on average (3 days per week in the lab) No on-call coverage required Compensation & Benefits: High income earning potential with a generous base salary for the first two years Incentive-based compensation plan following the initial two years Comprehensive benefits package: - PTO, malpractice insurance, licensure & DEA reimbursement - Health & dental coverage for the entire family - CME allowance, relocation assistance, employer-matched retirement savings Community: Rockford is the third largest city in the state of Illinois.
