Position Overview

• Employment Type: Full-time, hospital-employed Gastroenterology
• Hospital Size: 115 beds
• Practice Setting:
  • Currently no full-time provider since 2019
  • Part-time providers cover two days per week
  • Opportunity to develop the practice alongside an APP
• Schedule: Flexible, typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR
• Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day in clinic
• Technology: Access to DaVinci Robotics
• Support Team:
  • Strong Hospitalist program
  • Excellent Emergency Medicine team
• Call Schedule: Light, ensuring a great work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $750K - $780K plus wRVU production incentives
