Position Details Practice Settings: Outpatient and inpatient Patients Per Shift: 15 Rounding: Assigned patients Procedures: Combination of clinic and GI procedures (e.g., colonoscopy and UGI) - Mon Tue: Clinic or a combination of clinic and procedures (8-hour clinic shifts) - Wed Fri: Procedures only (Friday may be a half-day or full day) - 24-hour call: Typically on Tuesday - No weekends Trauma Level: Level 3 Support Staff: - RNs: 1 - MAs: 2 - PA/NPs: 1 - Office staff: 1 EMR: Epic Admissions required: Yes Facility will accept multiple providers: Yes Submissions Requirements Licensed in WI or IMLC Board eligible (board certification not required) BLS required Temporary privileges available Clean history required for credentialing Skill Requirements Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices: Required Small bowel biopsy: Required Lower GI endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy: Required Flexible/Rigid sigmoidoscopy, EUS, liver biopsy, and Sengstaken/Blakemore tube management: Preferred
