  • Shifts in need: - 3/31 (8a - 1p) - Orientation - 3/31 (1p) - 4/5 (8a) - 24-hour call - 5/5 (8a) - 5/10 (8a) - 24-hour call - 5/26 (8a) - 5/31 (8a) - 24-hour call - 6/9 (8a) - 6/28 (8a) - 24-hour call
  • Preference for one physician to cover all dates
Position Details Specialty: Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient Trauma Level: 3 Documentation System/EMR: MediTech Call Coverage: Yes (Beeper) Call Response Time: 30 minutes Admissions Required: Yes Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required: Yes (temporary privileges available) Submissions Requirements Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology BLS Certification Licensed in Montana or IMLC accepted Clean History Skill Requirements Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices) ERCP (Diagnostic and Therapeutic) PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) Esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretation Small bowel biopsy Lower GI endoscopy (Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp) Liver biopsy Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
