Position Details Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient Call Type: Beeper (Unassigned Patients) Call Response Time: 20 minutes Call Ratio: 1/5 Admissions: 0 EMR: Epic Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days- Support Staff: 2 PA/NPs Submission Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Licensed in PA ACLS, BLS certifications Skill Requirements Upper GI Endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices, PEG) Esophageal dilatation/manometry & interpretation Small bowel biopsy Lower GI endoscopy (sigmoidoscopy, flexible & rigid) Colonoscopy (biopsy, excision of polyp) Liver biopsy Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
