Practice Highlights

  • Work alongside two experienced GI physicians in a supportive environment
  • Flexible scheduling with a mix of clinic and surgery days
  • Average of 20 patients per day in the clinic
  • Shared call schedule starting at 1:3 and moving to 1:4 with additional providers
  • Well-equipped endoscopy center with the potential for ERCP capability in 2025
  • Strong support team, including RNs, LPNs, and MAs
  • Requires hospital privileges for inpatient duties

Compensation and Benefits

  • Lucrative base salary of $800K, with additional earning potential through production incentives
  • Guaranteed base salary for the first year, transitioning to a production-based model thereafter
  • $100K sign-on compensation
  • $10K relocation assistance
  • Loan repayment options, including eligibility for federal loan forgiveness programs
