Dates of Coverage: ASAP and ongoing

Details/Requirements for Assignment #107177:
-- Active Indiana license required or IMLC
-- Board Certification required
-- Monday - Friday, 8 - 10 hour days
-- Outpatient procedures
-- Possible night call, but focus is on Scopes
-- Trauma level II
